Cancellation and Return Policy


Returns 

If there is an issue with the products you purchased from our online store or if the products do not meet your needs, you may return them after delivery. The legal period for returns is 14 days from the date you receive the products. The products must be returned in a resalable condition and accompanied by the original invoice.

Products you wish to return will be inspected and evaluated by the LiftGross team in accordance with the terms specified in the "Distance Sales Agreement." For the return to be accepted, it must comply with the conditions of the "Right of Withdrawal" and "Products Not Eligible for Withdrawal" specified in the "Distance Sales Agreement." Once your return request is approved, a refund will be issued within 10 business days.


Return Conditions

For your return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories and packaging materials intact.
  • Products must not be physically damaged, used, or altered, and they must be in a resalable condition.
  • The original invoice must be included with the returned products.


Products Not Eligible forReturn:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Products that have been assembled, used, or damaged.
  • Electronic components or software-containing products cannot be returned once installed.


Return Process

Please write the reason for the return on the back or bottom of the invoice of the product you wish to return, and include the invoice in the package with the product. Once your return request has been reviewed and the products meet the conditions of the "Distance Sales Agreement," the return process will be initiated, and your refund will be issued within 10 business days of receiving the products.


Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order on the same calendar day that it was placed. To do so, please call our customer service at +90 312 815 52 05 and request the cancellation of your order. The cancellation can only be processed if the order has not yet been picked for dispatch from our warehouse. Once the picking process has started, cancellations are not possible, but you may refuse the delivery or follow the return procedure to return the products after receiving them.


Special Orders and Large Volume Products

The cancellation and return procedures for container-based or custom-made orders will be evaluated separately based on the nature of the order. For the cancellation or return of such orders, please contact us at [email protected].
