1. Parties This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is made between YÜKSELİŞ ASANSÖR PAZ.İNŞ.OTO.TURZ.İML.İTH.İHR.SAN.TİC.LTD.ŞTİ. ("LiftGross") and the user who agrees to create a membership on www.liftgross.com ("Website") ("Member").

2. Subject of the Agreement This Agreement governs the terms and conditions for the Member's access to and use of the services provided by LiftGross.

3. Membership 3.1 The Member agrees that all information provided during membership registration is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. The Member is solely responsible for any damages arising from the incorrect or incomplete information. 3.2 The Member agrees to keep the password created during membership confidential, not to share it with third parties, and acknowledges that LiftGross is not responsible for any unauthorized use of the password.

4. Use of Services 4.1 The Member agrees to use the services provided on the Website only for lawful purposes and acknowledges that they are responsible for any damages arising from misuse of the services. 4.2 LiftGross does not guarantee the continuous and uninterrupted availability of the services. Service interruptions may occur due to technical issues, maintenance, or other reasons. LiftGross shall not be held liable for such interruptions.

5. Protection of Personal Data The personal data provided by the Member to LiftGross will be processed and protected under the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("PDPL"). The Member declares that they have read and accepted the information notice regarding the processing of their personal data.

6. Termination 6.1 The Member may cancel their membership at any time. Upon cancellation, the Member's access to LiftGross services will be terminated. 6.2 LiftGross reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the membership if it is determined that the Member has violated the terms of this Agreement.

7. Amendments LiftGross reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Amendments shall become effective upon publication on the Website. If the Member does not accept the amendments, they have the right to cancel their membership.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this Agreement.

9. Enforcement The Member declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this Agreement upon completing the membership process. The Agreement comes into effect on the date the Member registers.
